Who we are
bluglink ("bluglink", "we", "us") is operated by TRB Global Market LLC, 2232 Dell Range Blvd Suite 5480, Cheyenne, WY 82009, USA. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use bluglink.com, our API and our developer tools, and how we use it. Contact: hello@bluglink.com.
Data we collect
Account data: your email address and name, and — if you sign in with Google, GitHub or Microsoft — your provider account ID and profile picture. We receive only the basic profile scopes (openid, email, profile / read:user, user:email). If you sign up with email, we store a salted hash of your password, never the password itself.
Profile data: headline, location, avatar, cover image and CV that you choose to add to your profile.
Activity data: posts, comments, likes, connections and messages you create or send through the network, and API calls made with your API key.
Billing data: when you promote a post, payments are processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and payment IDs; we never see or store your full card details.
Technical data: a session cookie to keep you logged in and short-lived cookies used during sign-in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
How we use it
To create and secure your account, operate the social network and messaging features, authenticate API requests, process promoted-post payments through Stripe, respond to support messages, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.
Service providers
Cloudflare (hosting and network), Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), and Google, GitHub or Microsoft (sign-in, only if you choose them). They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
Connected apps and API keys
When you use your API key to call our developer API, you authorize that key to act on your behalf. You can revoke access at any time by rotating your API key from the Developers page.
Retention
We keep account, profile and activity data while your account is active and as required for tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including the EU/EEA, UK and California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data and to object to certain processing. Email hello@bluglink.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed, sessions use signed httpOnly cookies, and API keys can be rotated at any time.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date.
