### Summary - 4-month contract in Doha, Qatar. Candidate must be in Qatar with valid QID. - Role requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics & Telecommunications, or Information Technology and 7+ years supporting Cisco IPT or similar. ### Responsibilities - Support and troubleshoot telephony platforms and call routing, dial plans, DID provisioning, and system integration. - Work with multi-tenant and multi-site telephony deployments; use SNMP, NMS, and automation tools. ### Requirements - Mandatory CCIE or CCNP Collaboration certification. - Experience with Cisco UCCE/UCCX, Voice Gateways, ESBCs, Cisco HCS, VOSS, vCenter/vSphere. - Hands-on experience with Ribbon and Nuera SBCs, Teams Direct Routing, SIP, VoIP, ISDN PRI, E1/T1, H.323, RTP. - Strong troubleshooting, project planning and management skills. ITIL and Project Management knowledge preferred. ### Benefits - Contact Center solution experience is an added advantage.
