### Summary - Open position for Manager HR reporting to Head HR. Preference for candidates from Non-IT sectors (Energy/Power/EPC/Manufacturing). ### Responsibilities - Learning & Development: manage LMS and training programmes (technical, functional, behavioural, compliance, skill-based) aligned with business objectives. - Employee Engagement: design and execute engagement initiatives to foster a performance-driven culture. - Rewards & Recognition: implement recognition initiatives to support retention. - PMS: implement various performance management system models. ### Requirements - Experience in Talent Management areas: L&D, Employee Engagement, Rewards & Recognition, PMS, and HR Operations. ### Conditions - Place of posting: HO, Kolkata (Minto Park).
