### Summary - Execute shift-wise manufacturing and packing operations and supervise shop-floor teams. - Ensure production targets are met according to quality, food safety and GMP standards. ### Responsibilities - Control downtime and process losses and improve line efficiency. - Maintain accurate shift reporting and coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning and Stores for safe and consistent production. ### Requirements - 2–3 years of production experience in food processing, beverages or FMCG. - DAE or relevant degree in Food Technology or Engineering. - Experience supervising shift-based shop-floor teams and working understanding of HACCP and GMP.
