### Summary - HR Intern position (6 months, Remote) with a stipend of ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 per month. ### Responsibilities - Assist in end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles. - Source and screen candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals. - Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and maintain recruitment trackers. - Assist in onboarding, documentation, employee record management, attendance tracking and leave management. - Support employee engagement activities and daily HR reports. ### Requirements - Pursuing or completed degree in HR, MBA (HR), BBA or related field. - Good verbal and written communication skills. - Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
