### Summary - Senior Quantity Surveyor & Contract Claim Specialist for 3-4 month duration in Qatar. ### Responsibilities - Contractor monthly valuations and payment assessments. - Preparing and evaluating SI, VO, Claims and EOT submissions. - Contractual disputes, commercial negotiations and claims resolution. ### Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying. - Minimum 15 years of construction-related QS and planning experience. - Strong experience in contract management of complex infrastructure projects. - Consultancy experience is mandatory. - Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and Qatar General Conditions of Contract. - Arbitration experience and Chartered/Professional Institution membership are advantages. - Excellent written and spoken English.
