### Summary - Hands-on, Controller-level finance leader to build a modern, AI-enabled finance function for a fast-growing global audit firm. ### Responsibilities - Manage monthly close and consolidated financials, including Panama entity. - Own annual budget, rolling forecast and board reporting. - Lead external audit and manage auditors. - Oversee finance systems: HubSpot, Ramp and Deel. - Automate close, reconciliations and reporting with AI. - Support M&A diligence and integration. ### Requirements - CPA preferred. - 8+ years experience, including 3+ as Controller or Assistant Controller. - Experience with multi-entity consolidation and ASC 606. - Familiar with NetSuite and QuickBooks Online. - AI-fluent, already using AI tools.
