### Summary - Operate food-processing equipment and prepare batches following approved recipes and SOPs. - Monitor critical process parameters to meet production targets and maintain product quality. ### Responsibilities - Maintain food safety, hygiene standards and minimise wastage. - Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse and Packing teams for smooth production flow. ### Requirements - 3–5 years experience as Processing/Production/Plant Operator. - Diploma of Associate Engineering or equivalent technical qualification. - Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP and workplace safety.
