### Summary - Build and own Total Rewards programs across US, UK, Europe and LatAm. - Design pay bands, merit and promotion cycles, equity guidelines; move compensation from spreadsheets to systems. ### Responsibilities - Partner with People team, CFO and leadership to implement consistent pay conventions and company-wide leveling. - Design programs that are simple for managers to explain and scalable across regions. ### Requirements - Experience building compensation programs and moving processes from spreadsheet to system. - Comfortable designing frameworks, using AI for modeling and auditing. ### Benefits - Equity and bonus offered. ### Conditions - US remote. - Salary range: $195,000 - $220,000 per year.
