### Summary - Manage operations, HR, finance and compliance for RLRH in East Africa from Nairobi. - Support hubs in Kakuma, Kampala and a forthcoming office to enable programme delivery at scale. ### Responsibilities - Coordinate human resources, finance and compliance processes. - Serve as the East Africa operations focal point to strengthen systems and support teams. ### Requirements - 5+ years of operations experience in multiple countries in the region. ### Conditions - Location: Nairobi (BIEA in Kileleshwa). - Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, in person.
