### Summary - Lead and scale an outbound Insurance Sales team, overseeing floor operations and performance in Dehradun. ### Responsibilities - Supervise, mentor and drive Team Leaders and sales advisors to meet targets. - Monitor telesales KPIs: conversion, talk time, pitch quality and revenue. - Manage roster planning, shrinkage, attrition and floor discipline. - Conduct skip-level reviews, calibration sessions and performance improvement plans. - Deliver operational reports and campaign insights to senior management. ### Requirements - Minimum 1 year proven experience as an Assistant Manager managing Insurance Sales (Motor, Health or General Insurance telesales). - Strong command over outbound call center operations.
