### Summary - Lead end-to-end Loss Prevention and security operations across stores. - Responsible for shrinkage control, pilferage prevention and inventory loss reduction. - Report to CFO and manage a team of 10–12 members. ### Responsibilities - Conduct store audits, stock verification and compliance checks. - Handle internal/external theft, fraud investigations and disciplinary cases. - Monitor CCTV, EAS, surveillance and access control systems. - Analyse shrinkage trends, audit reports and identify risk areas. - Coordinate with HR, Operations, Legal and security vendors. - Prepare and present periodic LP performance and incident reports. ### Requirements - 8+ years of experience in Loss Prevention / Retail Security. ### Benefits - CTC up to ₹24 LPA.
